Xochitl Reyes is a senior associate at Altschuler and Company, where she advises tenants and landlords on leasing and sales across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Before joining Alt+Co, Xochitl worked at Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield, where she focused on complex tenant representation transactions for local, regional, national and international companies. She began her career at Henry S. Miller in 2014, where she developed marketing strategies for office, industrial, retail, and multifamily portfolios.

A graduate of Michigan State University, Xochitl is an active community member and proud participant in The Real Estate Council and The Associate Leadership Council (Class of 2024). Her involvement extends to organizations like STREAM Foundation, The Concilio, The Human Impact, and the Daughters of the American Revolution - reflecting her commitment to uplift communities, expand access, and celebrate identity.
